With Open Box Inspection, the delivery associate will unpack your order package at the time of delivery for your inspection. You can verify the order to ensure right product is delivered without any damages and has the required accessories enclosed.
This capability is only available on pre-paid orders for television, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator products, smartphones, laptops, cameras, smartwatches, headphones, bluetooth headsets in select pin codes.

If you choose an 'open box inspection' eligible order, the delivery associate will unpack the package of your order, at the time of its delivery, and help you inspect the contents of your order. With Open Box Inspection, you can verify the order to ensure right product is delivered without any external damages and has the required accessories enclosed, before accepting the delivery.

Post inspection if you find the product to be damaged, has missing parts/accessories, or is completely different from what was ordered, please refuse the delivery and do not share the 6 digit OTP. The delivery associate will take the product back with him. We will create a free replacement on your behalf. If we are unable to do so, the amount paid will be refunded. Please for refund timelines.
In case the product is found to be wrong, having missing item or parts or is damaged after you have accepted delivery of an open box inspection eligible order, we will not able to accept returns. Therefore, please ensure a responsible adult is available to thoroughly inspect the product for damages and accept delivery.
In case the product is found to be functionally defective or not working, after you have accepted delivery of an open box inspection eligible order, you will be required to raise a request within the 10-days' returns window. Once such request is raised, we will help troubleshoot/ resolve any issues that you may face, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technician visit. In the event the issue remains unresolved, and if eligible, you will be issued a refund/replacement as per the . In case of any issues post the 10-days' returns window, please directly contact the brand service center.
"Open box inspection" service is available on smartphones, laptops, cameras, smartwatches, headphones, bluetooth headsets, television, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator products in select pin codes. No. Open box inspection is mandatory for all orders as described in FAQ7, so that you can accept the product only after you are satisfied that product is correct, damage-free and has all accessories provided by manufacturer However, if you still wish not to opt for open box inspection, please share the OTP with the delivery associate to accept delivery. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns on account of product being different, damaged or missing accessories if you share the OTP, irrespective of the fact whether you chose not to inspect the product or parts thereof at the time of delivery.

Yes. Open box inspection is available for orders which have exchange attached to them as well. However, the new item should be eligible for open box inspection as mentioned in FAQ 2. For exchange orders, only if the old product passes verification, delivery associate will open up the new item package for your inspection.
Only in cases the purchased product was eligible for installation at time of delivery, will installation happen at the same time. Otherwise, the installation will be conducted separately as per the timelines communicated on the website and/ or through email/ SMS.
